Probably the highest profile FELO case is the appointment of Charles Waterhouse ‘Chip’ Goodyear as CEO of Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund Temasek Holdings. Prior to this appointment, Goodyear was CEO of BHP Billiton, the world’s largest mining and resources company.
